120 Mr. Gallagher (Donegal South-West) asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht the plans, if any, he has for the restoration of Doe Castle, County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13351/96]
There are no plans for the restoration of Doe Castle, County Donegal. Conservation work on the McSweeney tomb slab is currently being undertaken which will include reroofing a portion of the monument to house the tomb slab. The Deputy will be aware that the castle is in a good state of preservation.
