123 Mr. B. Smith asked the Minister for the Environment the current position regarding the proposal to provide a new sewerage scheme at Straclone, County Cavan; when approval will issue to Cavan County Council to seek tenders in respect of this project; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Given the high level of commitments under the water and sewerage programme, I cannot say when it may be possible to approve the preliminary report for this scheme.
