The Department of Transport, Energy and Communications paid a financial contribution of £1,000 to the Institute of European Affairs in each of the years 1994-95 and 1995-96.
Payment of financial contributions to the Institute of European Affairs by State bodies under the aegis of the Department of Transport, Energy and Communications, is a day-to-day matter for the companies themselves in which I have no function.
