The estimated quantity of broiler meat imported in 1995, the last 12 months for which records are available, was 10,289 tonnes.
Overall, approximately 10 per cent of trade is unclassified by commodity. The unclassified trade includes intra-EU estimates, low value transactions and some parcel post and Shannon Free Airport trade.
