I refer the Deputy to my reply to Questions Nos. 15, 58, 59, 60 and 61 of 11 June 1996. I have nothing further to add to that detailed reply other than to say that a Bill to update aspects of the civil law in relation to children, including custody and access, is in the course of being drafted and the details will be announced in the usual way as soon as possible.
