323 Mr. Dempsey asked the Minister for the Environment the number of meetings the Minister of State at his Department has had with the Irish Property Owners Association and the National Association of Professional Landlords regarding responsibility for housing; the dates of each of these meetings; the matters discussed; and if he has met either or both organisations. I met with the Irish Property Owners Association on 10 April 1995, 12 September 1995 and 29 April 1996. I had a meeting with the National Association of Professional Landlords on 15 May 1996. A wide range of matters relating to the private rented sector, including registration, was discussed.
