89 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Taoiseach if he will give details of all non-established staff, including legal personnel, working in the Office of the Attorney General including the terms of their appointment for each of the years 1993 to 1996; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16303/96]

The following table gives details of all non-established staff working in the office of the Attorney General, excluding the Chief State Solicitor's office, since 1993.

As I indicated in response to a parliamentary question from Deputy Briscoe on 25 July 1996, the terms and conditions under which contract staff were engaged by the Office are negotiated individually and it would, therefore, be inappropriate to disclose details on a specific basis.
