Ceist:630 Mr. J. Walsh asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will have arrangements made to approve a transfer of milk quota to Bailieboro Co-Op for a person (details supplied) in County Meath. [16578/96]
Written Answers. - Milk Quota.
I am prepared to reconsider such quota transfer to the milk purchaser concerned. However, evidence will be required that he has taken over the operation of the lands, legal title to which has, apparently, been acquired by him; and, secondly, that the quantity of quota, as is claimed, attaches to those lands.
