Ceist:143 Mr. Martin asked the Minister for Education if she will give fees to a third level student (details supplied) in County Kildare who has just completed first year of medicine at Trinity College, Dublin. [17642/96]
I propose to take Questions Nos. 142 and 143 together.
The students in question already have a degree. They are therefore ineligible to avail of the free fees initiative.
