125 Mr. Dempsey asked the Minister for the Environment the base year for the ten year special restoration programme for non-national roads; and the full and final figure allocated to this special restoration programme only, in base year prices, apart from those moneys allocated to the non-restoration programme. I refer to the reply to Questions Nos. 5, 17, 28, 41 and 56 of 15 February 1996. The pavement condition study being undertaken by consultants to determine the extent of the backlog of deficiencies in the network, and the cost of restoring it over a ten year period, will be completed by end of February 1997.
