In June 1992, having satisfactorily completed a potential officers' course, 24 non-commissioned personnel were appointed to commissioned rank. Consideration will be given to holding another such course, with a view to commissioning more enlisted personnel, when the present restructuring and reorganisation of the Defence Forces is at a more advanced stage.
