The Deputy will be aware that the problems associated with the 1995 leaving certificate art exam were the subject of an independent inquiry by Price Waterhouse. Each Member of this House has been provided with a copy of their report.
When the Deputy first raised this issue in an earlier parliamentary question on 2 July, I referred to the fact that Price Waterhouse chose not to publicly identify the company in question. I also informed the Deputy at that time that if he wished to have this information I was prepared to provide it to him on a confidential basis. I repeat that offer now. I am also prepared to provide this information to other Members of the House on a confidential basis if so requested.
