125 Mr. Lenihan asked the Minister for Education if a feasibility study has been arranged by her Department for the location and development of gymnasium facilities and a community centre at Pobalscoil Iosolde, Palmerstown, Dublin 20; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [18158/96]
The authorities of Palmerstown Community School have put forward a proposal to the Department involving the joint provision of a sports facility at the school with a local community group. In order to investigate this proposal further, the post-primary building unit of my Department is arranging for a feasibility study to be carried out. The appointment of the consultants to carry out the study will be made shortly.
