I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for Transfer of Part which was lodged on 7 September 1995. The most recent queries were issued to the lodging solicitor on 2 July 1996 to which replies are awaited. The matter cannot proceed until the queries are satisfactorily discharged.
However, I can confirm that on receipt of replies, the matter will be expedited by the Land Registry.
