108 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Equality and Law Reform the current position in relation to the report from the Commission on the Status of People with Disabilities; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19805/96]
The Commission on the Status of People with Disabilities has finalised its report and presented me with a copy. I am bringing a memorandum to Government shortly to allow for the publication of the report. It is my intention to launch the report at an EU Presidency Conference on equal opportunities for people with disabilities due to take place on 18 and 19 November in Jury's Hotel in Cork.
