213 Mr. B. Smith asked the Minister for the Environment the progress, if any, made to date in relation to the provision of a new sewerage scheme at Loch Gowna, County Cavan; when the project will proceed to the next stage of planning; when construction work will commence; and if he will make a statement on the matter. A preliminary report for the Lough Gowna village sewerage scheme has been submitted to my Department. However, given the high level of commitments under the water and sewerage programme, I cannot say when it may be possible to advance this scheme.
