In addition, seven officers are on secondment from the Department of Foreign Affairs — one each with the Employment Equality Agency and the Department of Finance and five with the Department of Tourism and Trade.
There is one officer from the office of the Tánaiste on temporary assignment to the Department of Foreign Affairs for the duration of Ireland's Presidency of the European Union. This assignment will end on 31 December next.
No officers of the office of the Tánaiste are currently jobsharing or on career breaks.
