Written Answers. - National Lottery Funding.
National lottery allocations for 1996 are summarised in an appendix to the Revised Estimates Volume with additional information being provided under the relevant Vote subheads. Detailed information regarding lottery funded expenditure is contained in the Appropriation Accounts. The most recent year for which such detailed information is available is 1995. Copies of the Revised Estimates volume and of the Appropriation Accounts are available in the Oireachtas Library.
The only national lottery funds administered by the Department of Finance are payments to Gaeleagras na Seirbhíse Poiblí for Irish language training. Payments under this heading amount to £50,000 to date in 1996.
