95 Mr. L. Fitzgerald asked the Minister for the Environment if he has received a submission from Baldoyle Community Association in relation to phase II of the Baldoyle flood relief scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23714/96]
I have received submissions from the Baldoyle Community Association in relation to this scheme. The most recent submission, received on 22 November 1996, was replied to on 5 December. The advancement of the scheme will be considered in the context of the 1997 water and sewerage services capital programme.
