270 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice when a copy file plan will issue from the Land Registry office for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that the delay is causing financial hardship. [24359/96]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that no application can be located on the folio supplied and that searches will continue for both the folio and application.
I am informed, however, that a copy map has been prepared on the basis of details supplied from the local office. I am also informed that a local office copy folio has been ordered and as soon as this becomes available, a file plan will issue.
