Ceist:326 Mr. Moynihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will compensate herd owners for milk which had to be discarded while awaiting the removal of dairy cows for slaughter from BSE-restricted herds in view of the fact that, in some cases, herd owners were waiting for four to six weeks at the height of the milking season before these cows were removed.
