549 Mr. N. Treacy asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the reason a subdivision has not been granted for a farm (details supplied) in County Galway; the date on which this will be granted; the date on which the Land Registry will be notified and the relevant documentation transferred; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the Land Commission has no record of a pending application for subdivision from any of the named individuals I assume that the question relates to progress in a scheme for division of commonage which has already been the subject of correspondence between the Deputy and my Department. The Land Commission has completed its part in the commonage division and has lodged all the documents required for registration in the Land Registry. The Land Registry has advised that further inquiries on the matter should be directed to that office.
