Written Answers. - Hospital Building Projects.
Limerick East): As the Deputy will be aware, the development of Our Lady's Hospital, Manorhamilton is a matter for the North-Western Health Board.
I understand that the board have proposed the building of a 30 bed extension to Our Lady's Hospital. However, my Department has not yet received details of the proposed development and the estimated cost of same. Obviously, before any approval can be given to this proposal, I must take into account the capital funding available to my Department, competing projects throughout the health boards and the internal priorities of the North-Western Health Board.
