The Committee of Selection reports that it has discharged Deputy Joe Walsh from the Select Committee on Social Affairs and has appointed Deputy Brian Cowen in substitution for him; that it has discharged Deputies Brian Cowen and Jim McDaid from the Joint Committee on Foreign Affairs and has appointed Deputies John O'Leary and Brendan Smith in substitution for them; that it has discharged Deputy Michael Woods from the Select Committee on Legislation and Security and has appointed Deputy Jim McDaid in substitution for him; that it has discharged Deputy Brendan Smith from the Joint Committee on the Family and has appointed Deputy Michael Woods in substitution for him; and that it has discharged Deputy John O'Leary from the Select Committee on Finance and General Affairs and has appointed Deputy Joe Walsh in substitution for him.
