63 Mr. Haughey asked the Minister for Justice the number of complaints to the Garda Síochána Complaints Board in each of the years from 1994 to 1996; the number of complaints which were upheld; the disciplinary action, if any, which was taken; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The information requested by the Deputy is published in the annual reports of the Garda Síochána Complaints Board which are submitted to me by the board. Copies of the 1994 and 1995 reports are available in the Oireachtas Library. The 1996 report has not yet been published.
