147 Mr. B. Smith asked the Minister for Education the progress, if any, made to date in relation to the processing of an application for grant assistance in respect of a project (details supplied) in County Cavan; when the application will be approved; the level of funding which will be provided; and if she will make a statement on the matter. My Department will consider the application in respect of the project referred to in the Deputy's question when decisions are being made on grant allocations this year under the sports capital programme. I would point out, however, that my Department has over 1,000 applications on hand with relatively limited funds available.
