Ceist:189 Mr. O'Donoghue asked the Minister for Justice the names of each convicted person released from prison since 6 November 1995, arising from the Provisional IRA ceasefire of 31 August 1994; the offence for which each person so released was convicted; the balance of the full sentence left to be served; and whether any such person so released has since been re-arrested or charged in connection with any other matter.
