Ceist:

195 Mr. O'Donoghue asked the Minister for Justice the number of judicial separation proceedings pending in each Circuit Court area; the average waiting period between the time when such proceedings are issued and the date of the hearing of the action in each Circuit Court area; the average length of time between the date for setting down for trial of an action for judicial separation and the actual date of trial in each Circuit Court area; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The number of judicial separations proceedings pending in each Circuit Court area is set out in the following table. In all court areas outside Dublin, the proceedings when lodged are listed for hearing at the next court sittings which would be within approximately three months.
