Written Answers. - Registration of Titles.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the information furnished is insufficient to fully trace the matter in the Land Registry. I understand, however, that the Deputy may be referring to an application for first registration of a property which was lodged in the Land Registry on 9 January 1997 and is currently being processed. I will be happy to confirm this by post if the Deputy will let me have some further details.
