An application for additional quota from the person named for the current milk quota year has been considered by the milk quota appeals tribunal. The tribunal has not made a recommendation to me for an allocation of quota in this case.

There is no record in this Department of an application to the milk quota appeals tribunal by the person named. I have arranged for an application form to be issued in this case.
