Ceist:223 Mr. Jacob asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if his attention has been drawn to the disquiet among a large group of professional and qualified people who attended a REP scheme course which was organised by his Department in mid-February 1997, in view of the imposition of a requirement announced at the end of the course that participants would receive full approval as REP scheme planners only after a two year probationary period; the reason this additional requirement was imposed; if he will review the situation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
