Ceist:277 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a Department Inspector will make a farm visit to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that he was promised this service in January 1997 and the delay is holding up his second year REP scheme payment.
