84 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht the estimated cost of staff in his ministerial offices, such as programme managers, advisers, support staff and other such related costs for 1997; and the comparative figures for 1993 and 1987. [9322/97]
As the Deputy is aware the Department of Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht was established in 1993 and, therefore, there are no comparative figures for 1987.
For information in relation to the years 1993 and 1997, I refer the Deputy to examples of previous answers which I have given to similar and related questions on the issues raised by him, in particular: Question No. 80 of 14 December 1995, Question No. 73 of 6 March 1996, and Question No. 79 of 20 March 1997.
