197 Mr. Haughey asked the Minister for Education if she will approve an application from St. Mary's national school, Windsor Avenue, Fairview, Dublin 3, for funding in order to upgrade the general electrical and heating system in the school in view of the fact that the school is unsafe; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The capital funding available in 1997 is fully committed and I am not in a position to provide grant assistance for upgrading and heating and electrical systems at St. Mary's national school. The project will be considered in the light of future capital allocations.
