This herdowner lodged an appeal with the Headage and Premia Appeals Unit concerning her 1996 cattle headage scheme application. This appeal is being considered.
She will be notified in writing of the outcome as soon as her case has been fully examined.
She has received full payment in respect of her 1996 suckler cow premium scheme application.

Five of the eight cases listed by the Deputy are now in the process of payment. In one case, the applicant has been advised of necessary remedial work and my Department will shortly be writing to the applicants in the other two cases.
