I propose to take Questions Nos. 14 and 15 together.
I am awaiting a formal application from CIÉ for a light railway order for the Tallaght-Dundrum line in accordance with the provisions of the Transport (Dublin Light Rail) Act, 1996. CIÉ have given me a commitment that they will submit the application by the end of this month. Following receipt of the application I will then appoint an inspector and direct that a public inquiry be held into the application.
