Written Answers. - Remuneration of Sheriffs.
The terms of a new remuneration package for the sheriffs have been agreed by all the relevant parties, including the sheriffs. I understand that work by the Department of Justice on the drawing up of the necessary revised Sheriffs' Fees Order is well advanced and further details will be announced as soon as possible.
