98 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Finance when the interim report on the hydrological or hydraulic study of the Cashen River, County Kerry will be placed in the Oireachtas Library; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21649/97]
Following an analysis of the interim report on the hydrological-hydraulic study of the Cashen River the Commissioners of Public Works returned it to the consultant engineer to carry out a number of revisions. These are now being incorporated into the report and the consultant expects to have it completed and returned to the commissioners before Christmas. The report will be placed in the Oireachtas Library early in January.
