Ceist:58 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will investigate the circumstances regarding the disqualification of a person (details supplied) in County Cork from benefit under the 22 month beef premium grant scheme; and if, in view of the required retention period and that these animals are now ready for slaughter, he will facilitate the application by accepting the original application form as being valid as and from the appropriate date of birth of the cattle involved.
