326 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will provide a progress report on the Department's plans to proceed with a new school building for Scoil Eanna, Navan, County Meath; and when construction work will begin on the project. [3244/98]
The new school building for Scoil Eanna, Navan, is at the early stages of architectural planning. When the design drawings are completed, they will be issued to the school authorities for their comment and agreement and the securing of full planning permission. The next stage will be the preparation of tender documentation. At present, it is too soon to state when construction work will begin on the project.
