333 Mr. McCormack asked the Minister for Education and Science the position regarding the application for the appointment of an extra teacher at the Brothers of Charity school, Rosedale, Woodlands, Renmore which caters for children with severe mental handicap. [3272/98]
The school in question is a new school which is currently in the process of advertising for teaching assistants.
No application has been made to my Department for an additional teaching post. It is my understanding that the school authorities are satisfied with the level of staffing sanctioned by my Department.
