Ceist:58 Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the date on which the Garda Síochána were informed of the assessment of RUC Chief Constable, Ronnie Flanagan, which was made public on 22 January 1998, that the Ulster Defence Association/Ulster Freedom Fighters had breached their ceasefire and had been responsible for sectarian killings.
