103 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will establish a steering committee to investigate the claims made regarding violence against men in view of recent disclosures on national radio; the action, if any, that can be taken to implement the findings of this survey; and if he will make a statement on the matter. While I am aware of these claims I am not convinced that the setting up of a steering group would be justified. I will, of course, keep the matter under review in consultation with the Garda Síochána to whom complaints of possible criminal offences should be made.
