122 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will grant approval to a school (details supplied) in County Waterford to proceed to stage four of their building plan to ensure that work proceeds in 1998. [3674/98]
Every effort will be made to expedite architectural planning of the project in question. However, it is not possible to indicate precisely when construction will commence on site.

The building project at the school to which the Deputy refers is being planned by the school's own consultant architect. The tender documentation is not yet finalised. When this is received and approved in my Department, the question of allowing the project to proceed to tender will be addressed.
