I move:
That it be an instruction to the Select Committee on Environment and Local Government, in the case of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Bill, 1997, that it has power to make provision in the Bill to indemnify such member, employee or person connected with An Bord Pleanála against all actions or claims however arising in respect of the discharge by such persons of their duties in relation to the functions of An Bord Pleanála and to amend the long title of the Bill accordingly.
