Ceist:58 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Public Enterprise if she has satisfied herself that the rebate of ground handling charges for main traffic as operated by Aer Rianta at its airports, and which have been published since 1994, has been applied in a fair and equitable manner as between all European carriers; if she will list the carriers involved and the monetary value of the rebate to each carrier for each year from 1993 to date in 1998; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
