Ceist:8 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Taoiseach if he will list the bound official publications, if any, issued by him or his Department since his appointment as Taoiseach. [8019/98]

In the lifetime of this Government, my Department has published the Report of the Steering Group on the Efficiency and Effectiveness of the Garda Síochána, the Department's statement of quality customer service, Delivering A Quality Service, "Bloody Sunday and the Report of the Widgery Tribunal — the Irish Government's Assessment of the New Material" and "Information Society Ireland — First Report of the Information Society Commission". My Department's strategy statement for the period 1998 to 2001 is currently being finalised and will be published in April along with the freedom of information guides required under sections 15 and 16 of the Freedom of Information Act, 1997.
Has the Taoiseach ensured that the Department's Internet site has been fixed?
It has been fixed but keeping it updated on a daily basis is another matter.
