Ceist:80 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Education and Science the reason places on vocational training opportunity schemes are restricted in relation to lone parents to 10 per cent of those participating while there is no similar restriction for participants in the back to education allowance scheme; if he will review this matter with a view to removing the restriction; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
