197 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Health and Children when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will be appointed as a permanent dental nurse with the Western Health Board in view of the length of service already worked. [10635/98]
The employment of staff in the Western Health Board area is a matter for the board. I have asked the chief executive officer of the Western Health Board to investigate the position in relation to this case and to reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
