As I have already stated in my reply to Questions Nos. 248 and 249 of 28 April 1998, advertisements inviting tenders to provide a refugee legal service, an independent organisation which will provide free legal advice and representation for asylum seekers were published in daily and Sunday papers of 17,19 and 20 April 1998. The closing date for receipt of expressions of interest was Friday, 1 May and the closing date for receipt of completed tenders is Friday, 22 May 1998.
